All our Abayas are custom-made exclusively for each client. For this reason, RAYA LUXURY PRET does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To maintain transparency and ensure quality:

A detailed inspection video of your Abaya is recorded before dispatch.Your Abaya is packed and sealed on video and then shipped directly to you.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing an unboxing video and clear photos so our team can review and assist you promptly.
